Xiang Sha Yang Wei Wan from Treasure of the East is a classical Chinese herbal formula in concentrated 5:1 granules (100g bottle).

This foundational formula tonifies the Spleen and Stomach, regulates Qi, transforms dampness, and harmonizes the middle jiao. In modern Western terms, it supports healthy digestive function and appetite, helps maintain normal gastric motility and comfort, promotes smooth Qi flow in the upper abdomen, and assists with symptom relief in cases of deficiency with stagnation—making it particularly useful for patterns of Spleen and Stomach Qi deficiency with dampness and Qi stagnation, such as poor appetite, epigastric or abdominal fullness/distention, belching, nausea, loose stools, fatigue (especially after eating), pale complexion, or a greasy tongue coating with a weak or soft pulse, commonly seen in chronic indigestion, functional dyspepsia, reduced appetite after illness, or mild gastritis with deficiency and damp in TCM terms.

Treasure of the East specializes in full-spectrum, water-based herbal extracts produced by Tianjiang Pharmaceutical, using premium, tested botanicals to preserve active compounds and energetic properties. Their products emphasize purity with no artificial additives.

Key Ingredients (classical composition):

  • Ren Shen (Ginseng Root) – tonifies Qi and supports the Spleen and Stomach.
  • Bai Zhu (Atractylodes macrocephala) – strengthens the Spleen and dries dampness.
  • Fu Ling (Poria) – drains dampness and harmonizes the middle jiao.
  • Gan Cao (Licorice Root) – harmonizes and mildly tonifies.
  • Mu Xiang (Aucklandia Root) – moves Qi and alleviates distention.
  • Sha Ren (Amomum Fruit) – aromatically transforms dampness and warms the middle.
  • Chen Pi (Tangerine Peel) – regulates Qi and transforms dampness.
  • Ban Xia (Prepared Pinellia Rhizome) – transforms phlegm and descends rebellious Qi.
  • Sheng Jiang (Fresh Ginger) – harmonizes the Stomach and disperses cold.
