Gui Zhi Jia Long Gu Mu Li Tang from Treasure of the East is a classical Chinese herbal formula in concentrated 5:1 granules (100g bottle).

This foundational formula harmonizes the Ying and Wei (nutritive and defensive) levels, tonifies the Heart and Kidney, astringes essence, and calms the spirit. In modern Western terms, it supports balanced autonomic nervous system function, helps maintain healthy stress responses and sleep quality, promotes emotional calm and sexual/reproductive stability, and assists with comfort during patterns of deficiency with floating Yang—making it particularly useful for patterns of Heart and Kidney deficiency with unstable Ying and Wei, such as palpitations, anxiety or restlessness, insomnia (especially with vivid dreams or night sweating), spontaneous sweating, nocturnal emissions, premature ejaculation, fatigue, lower back soreness, dizziness, or a pale tongue with thin coating and a thin, floating, or weak pulse, commonly seen in stress-related anxiety, insomnia with depletion, sexual dysfunction with deficiency, post-illness recovery with sweating, or mild autonomic dysregulation in TCM terms.

Treasure of the East specializes in full-spectrum, water-based herbal extracts produced by Tianjiang Pharmaceutical, using premium, tested botanicals to preserve active compounds and energetic properties. Their products emphasize purity with no artificial additives.

Key Ingredients (classical composition):

  • Gui Zhi (Cinnamon Twig) – warms the channels, harmonizes Ying and Wei, and promotes Yang.
  • Bai Shao (White Peony Root) – nourishes blood, astringes Yin, and harmonizes Ying.
  • Long Gu (Dragon Bone) – calms the spirit, settles fright, and subdues floating Yang.
  • Mu Li (Oyster Shell) – calms the spirit, astringes essence, and subdues Yang.
  • Sheng Jiang (Fresh Ginger) – harmonizes the Stomach and assists in releasing the exterior.
  • Da Zao (Jujube Fruit) – tonifies the middle and harmonizes.
  • Gan Cao (Licorice Root) – harmonizes and moderates the formula.

Preparation suggestion: Mix 4.5 g (or as directed) in hot water and drink as tea, 2–3 times daily, or as otherwise directed by your healthcare professional.

This product contains no preservatives or artificial additives. Use under the guidance of your practitioner—this provides classical, effective support for Heart and Kidney deficiency with unstable Ying/Wei patterns involving palpitations, anxiety, insomnia, night sweating, sexual dysfunction, and related deficiency with floating Yang concerns in a professional setting.
